• Students/postdocs: we should be able to book hotel and cover the costs for students and postdocs.
• Faculty: there is possibility that we book the hotel, but ask you to pay (part of) the fee, details will be decided later.

We have already sent all participants (several) emails regarding the conf (about hotel, invitation letter, etc), on Oct. 29.
If you registered before Oct. 26, but never heard from us, please contact Hui Gao.

•After Oct 26, registration from students/postdocs are NO longer accepted.
Regular faculty can still register, but please arrange accomodation on your own. Thank you!
We will contact late registerations on each Monday.

• Speakers, SUSTech faculty/students do not need to register.
